Tuning the time of the disscussion board

how to tune the time of the disscussion board (Frontpage),
please? for example: +08:00

and how to remove the Remote IP on the result page?

1. Time is based on the time provided by the server.

2. On the post page, right click on the Form, then Form Properties | Options
| Saved Field and uncheck IP..
