Turn off Auto dial

Hi,

Everything I add a new contact and save it, it autodial then crash my Outlook.

I am using Outlook 2003. I tried this already.
* Tools menu/E-mail Accounts
* Select View or change existing e-mail accounts
* Select the account
* More Settings/Connection tab.
* Under Modem/Properties.

Any ideas?
