Turn OFF birthday reminders

How can this be switched off and, more usefully, the code/protocol be used
for other business critical functions i.e. licence renewal dates 3 months in
advance? TIA. Dan

Go to your calendar and change your view to sort by Category. Here delete
all appointments with the Birthday category.

For your licenses reminder you can simply create a separate appointment or a
Task with a reminder.

Hi Roady,

Is it posible to change the setting of the reminder that outlook makes? So
that you can leave the reminder but you don't have the annoying alarm? (I
have 1200 students in my phone and every night (exactly at midnight) i know
haw many there are that have a birthday the next day.... Every day a couple!!!
