For reasons known only to Outlook, it keeps collapsing the mail view
messages. I go through every morning and delete all the SPAM so I can deal
with actual messages. Outlook keeps collapsing the messages which makes it
hard to find the trash I want to delete. Every day I have to tell it to
expand them. I want to turn this feature (and the sick auto-formatting
feature in Word) off forever.
