Turn off recalculate to send data into TM1 and vice versa.

I need to find a way to turn off the function that sends data from Excel into
TM1 when you recalculate the spreadsheet.

Also I need to be able to send data from Excel into TM1 without
recalculating data in the Excel workbook.
