Turn off toshiba voice on in coming mail

I have a new Toshiba lap top computer. Since day one, I get a male voice which tells me I have mail. I can not find a way to turn it off. This is not part of Microsoft. It happens after Office alearts me of new mail.

Help...

In the Toshiba options under control panel, there is an option to turn off that voice.
