turn off wizard to setup business contact manager

I have a remote customer with outllook 2007 with business contact manager.
She is being asked by a wizard in outlook to setup business contact manager.
She will eventually use the business contact manager but she just doesn't
want to set it up now. I do not have business contact manager on any of my
outlooks (4) so I can't duplicate it. How do I turn of the wizard question
without removing business contact manager?
