Turn off XML Prompt when saving Excel files in Office 2007 to 2003

I have seen several posts requesting a way to turn off the XML prompt when
saving a password protected Excel 2007 spreadsheet in Office 2003 format, but
I haven't seen any responses. Is there a way to do this?
