Turning off a status report request

All,

Currently, in the new environment I have inherited, Project server 2002
delete status report option is grayed out. What do I need to do to activate
this option?

Thanks!

The option is grayed out if you have not created any Status Reports. Can
you confirm that you have Status Report requests to delete? Let us know.

I was hoping that as administrator I might have the ability to delete status
reports from inactive users...?

The Project Server administrator cannot delete Status Report requests
created by another manager. The original manager must delete the Status
Report request. Therefore, refer to the FAQ I referenced below for the
steps needed to delete the Status Report requests created by a manager who
left your organization. Hope this helps.

Hi Dale,
I do not see my situation in your FAQ. I now log into PWA as the (retired)
manager. When I select Status Reports, Request Status, the option to delete
a status report is still greyed out. Where in Project 2002 do I change the
setting to allow PMs to delete requested status reports?
Thanks,
Dots.

Well, I'm as mystified as you. Why do you think the Status Report request
still exists? What behavior do you see? Do you actually see any Status
Report requests listed on the Status Reports page in PWA for the retired
manager? Let us know.
