Turning Off Active Directory Sync

Hi,

I would like to turn off Active Directory Sync in Project Server 2003. I am
going to Admin >> Manage Users and Groups >> Groups. When I select Update
only when specified it says I don't have permission for this operation.

I am local admin on the project server box, an administrator in Project
Server and a Domain Admin. What other permissions do I need?

If I remember well, on 2003 this feature is available only when you are
working on the very server.

Actually, he should be able to toggle the radio button from anywhere, and
unless he is logged on the server, the "Update Now" button is greyed-out.

I just tried it with one of my instances, and I was able to toggle the
button from a client PC, and I too am an admin at all levels.

Strange ...
