Turning off auto select

Bstieg

For some reason I had an autofilter turned on from the accessibility options.
I turned it back off and now I don't know what I did but suddenly while I am
in word or excel (i haven't looked in PPT) if I press my left mouse key all
text above is selected and I can't unselect it. I have looked at my
accessibility options to see if I did something and everything is unchecked.
How do I fix it.
