Turning off Outlook 2000 SP3 warning

Does anyone know the registry setting to turn off the "A
program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have
stored in Outlook" warning. We have a custom program that
we need and this warning is generated every time you
launch Outlook. Very irritating.
Any help would be appreciated.
