Turning Off Quick Launch Language Bar

I'm running Office 2003. After a full installation a small Language Bar
began appearing in my Quick Launch bar. If I right mouse / select Toolbars
and uncheck "Language Bar" ... it simply reappears after my next reboot.

Any way to get rid of this?

Check the settings in the Windows Control Panel
for Text Services for the Language bar.
