Turning off the security warnings when another program uses the address book

Hi and thanx for your help in advance

We've just upgraded a site to Office 2003 on Windows XP Pro.

They use a program that automatically creates and sends a message in
Outlook and each message creates two security warnings.

They want us to switch them off, so we have followed the instructions
for Office XP - "Customizing the Outlook Security Features
Administrative Package" using the tools on the Office 2003 disk.

Unsurprisingly they don't work and we can't find the instructions for
Office 2003.

Can anybody either suggest a way to switch off the security warning or
point me in the direction of an appropriate document.

Many thanx

Shane

PS It's not me that can't spell Customising
