Turning on Digital Signature Block on Standard Toolbar

Does anyone know how to turn on the option for "Add
digital signature for outgoing messages" in the
registry? I have over 1200 clients that I would have to
see and do it by hand and I was wondering if there was an
easier way. Other than trying to explain it to my users
that is...

You can use a group policy object for this, assuming you're using Active
Directory. Get the .adm file for your version of Outlook from the online
Office Resource Kit at http://office.microsoft.com
