Don't know about a webcast but there's a good whitepaper, the Microsoft Access
2000 Security FAQ:

Print it out. Read it all. Get a good night's sleep; read it all, AGAIN.
Practise on a copy of your database, with a highlighter or pen in hand,
marking off the steps as you go.

(Yes, it's tricky).
