Since Microsoft program costs are not inexpensive, the speed in teach its
software would be MUCH MORE user friendly if tutorials were provided in the
program. It is too time-consuming to expect anyone -- especially those who
are not well-versed in PC use -- to learn the various features of Microsoft
programs only on-line.
