Tutorials should be included in program discs, not online

Since Microsoft program costs are not inexpensive, the speed in teach its
software would be MUCH MORE user friendly if tutorials were provided in the
program. It is too time-consuming to expect anyone -- especially those who
are not well-versed in PC use -- to learn the various features of Microsoft
programs only on-line.

I find the help files to be most helpful when trying to learn how to use the
different office applications.
