I have 2 calendars in my outlook. I'd like to know if it's possible, and
if so as you to help me, to write different meetings etc in once calendar
and automatically generate the second calendar so that it show when I'm free
and. I'll give an example because it may sound a little ambiguous due to
my weak command of English.
Let's say that I get up everyday at 6 and go to bed at 22.
I have a meeting from 8-10 and then from 12-14. I write these hours (and
dates) in the first calendar. After I save the second calendar is being generated
and it autoamtically creates the following appontments.
FREE 6-8 and then FREE 10-12 and then FREE 14-22.
Co it writes FREE in between the periods when I'm busy. Is it possible? Will
you help me write something like that in VBA I guess?
