Hi there,
I just switched to Cached Exchange Mode, and now every time I launch
Outlook 2003 (on Windows XP Professional) I get TWO Outlook entries on
the taskbar (the thing that lists open windows -- I don't mean the
little notification icon in the system tray). One has the regular
Outlook icon and one has the icon with a little envelope on top of it.
Why do I get two windows? Sometimes I close one of them and the other
stays open, and sometimes I close one of them and they both close.
They seem to be identical -- they both show my regular inbox view.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?
