Hello,
We have come across two issues with Outlook that I can't locate any
information on and I'm hoping someone can help:
1 - Item's in user address cache disappearing. She has sent e-mails to the
addresses before successfully.
2 - New mail icon appears when there are no new messages. I have already
verified there are no rules or filters setup.
We are running Outlook 2003 in and Exchange 2007 environment. Neither user
is in Cached Mode and they experience the problem on other computers.
Does anyone have any ideas? I haven't been able to find anything online.
