two of my contacts are not listed when word opens file

the ist names of my contacts tiotal eihteen when viewed with hotmail. Yet
when i open the file 'contacts for ................'the amount is decreased
by two. Why do the namws not appear and yet i can email, but i posted a dun
card to one of the addressee's and it vame back with a notifivation errorr
