two or more Buttons in one addin

I want to create two or more buttons in one single addin.
It can be through buttons or through a menu.

Please throw some light on this.

One way to get a similar effect (affect?) is to use a "floating" toolbar:

In fact, one comment I've got is that too many powertoys start cluttering
the toolbars with too many icons. This could help mitigate that behavior.
