two pages

hello everybody,
I cannot understand why a report I've made has always 2 pages. 1 is
completely blank. I've tried to change the marges but with no success....
any idea?
thanks

Check the width of your report in design view.

If it extends beyond 8" for a page printing portrait or 11 1/2" if you're
printing landscape that is what is causing the extra page (sort of). You
must also deduct from those numbers your margin settings.

So ... if I have a report that I'm printing on 8 1/2" of paper portrait and
my left and right margins are each one inch, I have 6 1/2" of report width
to work with.

If it's not the width, it could be too long. Try selecting everything on the
report and moving it up. Then grab the bottom edge of the page and shorten
it. Just like the width, you have to account for the length of the margins
to make it all fit on an 11" sheet of paper. HTH.
