Two profiles open simultaneously hack?

Is there a way to have open MS Outlook with both the profiles I have
created for it simultaneously? e.g. 2 MS Outlooks...
I've got MS Office 2003

It's not possible within one windows profile, but if you use Win xp and fast
user switching you can do it.
