Two qualifiers for an email rule?

I want to set up an email that checks for one thing or
another, but outlook 2003 will only let me set it to
check both. I want a rule that checks the subject OR the
msg header, but outlook 2003 will only create a rule that
checks the subject AND the msg header. Is it possible to
get around this? Also, is it possible to easily duplicate
a list of search terms from one field to another? because
I've got about 20 different search terms that I want in
each of the two fields, and I'd rather not retype them.

You'll need two rules- one for subject, one for header. Actually, the header
rule should check the subject since the subject is in the message header...
but for other fields, you'd need two rules. You can create copies of rules
and edit them, but you can't copy text between rules.

The header rule isn't sorting the ones where the
qualifing phrase is in the subject. I know it should, but
it isn't. Alright, any way to copy the list of search
phrases for the rule to the new rule?
