1)I have a user on Office 2000. Outlook 2K as well as Word 2K work
fine. But when she tries to send a document directly from Word, she
gets the message "The host 'http' could not be found. Please verify
that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'http',
Server: 'http', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D". The address book from
Outlook does not appear in Word either, as in when she hits the To...
button to the left of the associated address field. This problem only
occurs on that particular PC; when she uses another PC she has no
problem. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

2)I have a user on Outlook 2003. His incoming messages sometimes go
to
his Inbox, and sometimes they just appear in his Unread Mail box
without appearing in his Inbox. I clicked on his Unread Mail box, and
the first message was automically highlighted. Then I clicked on
Inbox and theat message had disappeared! That happens every time I
click on those two folders in succession. I noticed that in his
settings the Control Panel that his Used Cache Exchange Mode was
checked. Is that the problem or could it be something else?
