Dear all, can you please tell me how to print two sided copies of a report?

Thanks in advance.

It is a function of your printer and its driver. If the printer is capable
of duplex printing, you should simply have to set that option in the driver
and it will print duplex.

Unless you specify a specific printer, Access uses whatever's defined for
the Default Printer. Is the definition for your default printer set up for
duplex printing?

In other words, there's nothing you have to do in Access to enable duplex
printing: it's strictly a Windows thing.

In addition to Wayne and Doug's advice, I am able to print 2-sided pages,
booklets, tri-folded brochures, etc. on almost any printer using ClickBook:

It will take care of the collating for flipping and multiple pass printing.
I use it extensively for odd printing requirements.

Go to File|Print. The Print dialog box will open. Select the desired printer
and click the Properties button next to it. This will open the printer
driver properties for the printer. Where you go from there depends on the
printer. See you're printer manufacturer's documentation.
