Two time zones and nothing meshes

I have a UTC +3 and a UTC -5 time zone set up in Outlook calendar. My computer is setup for UTC +3.

When I put in a calendar meeting in the EST (UTC -5) it does not mesh with the calendar time it should be. i.e. I put in a meeting at 1130pm EST (paper due) and it put it at 0630 UTC +3, when I believe it should be 0730 UTC +3.

What am I doing wrong?

Update, I am an idiot... daylight savings time.
