I created two sets of masters so I can have a title slide, a slide template
and a divider slide. In the design pane, only the first set of masters shows
up. Help!

Which version of PowerPoint are you using? Multiple masters are only available
in version 2002 and 2003. here are workarounds for earlier versions

If you are using PPT 2002 or 2003, my guess is that you didn't use the extra
master on a slide before you closed the file. Because it wasn't in use, PPT
thought it ws not needed, so it deleted it.

If you create a master that you know you aren't going to use right away, you
need to pin or preserve it. To do that, right click the master and select
preserve. A pin will show up next to the master miniature.
