Two versions of Autoupdate, does not recognize new version.

After downloading the 2.1.1 update and installing it (due to the reason that
AutoUpdate won't install it) I now have version 2.1.1 found in
MACHD/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/MAU2.0/Microsoft AutoUpdate.app

However, this version of autoupdate is still asking me to instal 2.1.1, and
does not allow me to update for other apps yet. I have found out that the
version in my Office 2008 folder is still 2.1.0!

How can i fix this problem? For now I still have to manually download and
install the updates, which is quite a hassle!

Here is the image of both my autoupdates' detected registered software.
Apparently both versions of AU was found. Also, nothing is listed under
installed updates. (maybe because I used the download off microsoft, shesh)
