Two way form data: data to Excel, Excel result back to HTML

Ok, I used the FP from functions to write data entered on an online
form to an Excel .csv file on the server. On this Excel page I have a
count of the number of entires made by the above
Form submit.

I would now like to know if I can push that resulting entry count
field back up to the web site as a running tally. --- but I cant
figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
