Two Windows

If I select "Window" and "Arrange All"
then the two documents I have open get placed one above the other on the
screen.
But the bottom one is cluttered up with redundant toolbars and stuff.
What I'd like to do is just have a dividing line in the middle of the screen
with nothing but the text from the second doc in the bottom. How do I do
that?

Uncheck tools > options > view > windows in taskbar and try again
