Typing in OneNote - must it be in shaded box?

When i type in OneNote, it puts the text into a shaded box. I'd like my whole
page to appear white. How can i accomplish this? I hate having grey boxes all
over my page. Thanks!

Go to Tools - Options - Display and uncheck the box that reads... Show note
containers on pages. You'll also see a light to dark setting on the right.

SandyDee,

Try un-checking the option "Show note containers on pages" @ Tools -->
Options --> Display (Category).
The next option also lets you adjust the darkness of the note container
shading, in case you feel you can go with the 'lightest' one.
