I just bought Microsoft Ultimate via the Ultimate steal deal. I clicked on
the "DOWNLOAD" button on my invoice page, and it took FOREVER, like 3+ hours
to download, then when the next little box popped up, I clicked "RUN" for it
to install, the box went away and nothing ever popped up! I went to look at
my programs list and the software is NOT installed on my computer. I tried it
again, but saved it to my desktop instead of the RUN option. Then it
says"DOWNLOAD FAILED" when I click the icon! What is the deal????Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Oh, I have Vista Home Basic and I had Microsoft
WOrks, which I uninstalled. I also tried restarting the computer and
re-downloading but it did the exact same thing.
