Unable to Access Cliparts on Disk

Does the Small Business package include Publisher? The PUB60COR folder is
part of Microsoft Publisher. If it wasn't installed using the setup
program, its clips will not show up.

On the clip art task pane, there are two dropdown boxes, "Search for" and
"Search in". Are all of the checkboxes in each dropdown checked?

Thanks for your support in this, Eric.

The Small Business Package here does include Publisher, and I've checked and
rechecked that the checkboxes are all ticked in "Search for" and "Search
in". The cliparts are not accessible in either Word or Publisher. For
example, there are 17 fruits in PUB60COR - yet a search finds only 3. There
are several dogs, but a clipart search for "dog" doesn't find any. I know
from my experience with Office XP (whose clipart looks almost identical)
that this isn't right.

I've also logged this as a problem with Dell Support, as the system is brand
new - they instructed me to reinstall Office 2003 from the CD-rom, to fix
the problem, but when I do this, the installation fails.

Any other thoughts?

regards,

Pamela
