Unable to access Customize Outlook Today

Our company has been using Outlook 2000 for a while on Win
2000 workstations with a Win 2000 server. Just recently,
some of us can no longer access the Customize Outlook
Today area. You can click on the button but nothing
happens. Any ideas?
