Unable to decode certain emails in my web mail since setting up outlook 2007

I had an email with a spreadsheet attachment that says it can not be
decoded in my web mail and it does not even show up in my outlook inbox.
This has never happened until today when I linked outlook. Can anyone help
me resolve this issue? I really need to get int this spreadsheet ASAP.

I have no Idea what to do since I am a computer idiot and just started
outlook today and at this point I am not very happy with it!
