Unable to access newsgroups

Where is the place to post general questions about newsgroups? Sorry if I'm
not posting this question in the right newsgroup.

I am unable to access the Microsoft Newsgroups from my computer. (I had to
go to a different computer to reach you.) I get a page that says, "Sorry,
the page you requested is not available." Can anyone help?
