Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube.

I have gone through all the problems and solutions on this site, it has helped, but the last problem I can't seem to get past

My setup is as follows

3 server setup - 1 runs sql2000, with analyser - 1 run wss - 1 runs project server 200
All servers run Windows 2003 enterprise. They are all in 1 domain

I don't run a microsoft network, I run Netware, so I have had to make many changes to get this to work, I am able to view a project in analyser view from all of the servers, but when I try to do this via web access I get the problem "Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube." I am also unable to manage view through web access, only from the servers, I have admin rights on all the servers, I have added the rolls to the cube, the cube is built, as I said, I am able to do this from any of the servers within the domain, why can't I get this to work from the web access client, please remember that I run a Netware environment, the only time someone need to login to windows, is when they need to access the document sections, be this the public documents or their project workspace, I hope I have given enough info to get some help, and I have read all the documentation.
