Unable to Access the Microsoft Project Portfolio Analyzer Cube

Hey,

I need some help.

I've encountered this problem :

You do not have permissions to the cube in Analysis Manager.

I've already checked out KB Article 324836 and have done the steps as
followed but the problem still exist.

The Project Server 2003 is set up in a domain environment with Windows
Authentication Enabled. The SQL and Analysis Manager is installed on the
same machine. The DC on another machine.

Using the admin account with all permissions given, I access the Portfolio
Analyzer through the PWA on the server and I can view the cube. But if i do
likewise on another PC the permission is not allowed.

I have add the user account to the Cube Roles as how the KB article has
instructed but it is to no avail.

Please some one help. Thanking you in advance.
