Unable to access the Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube

I am trying to create some views with the Portfolio Analyzer. When I select
this option while trying to create a view I get the following error:

Unable to access the Microsoft Project Portfolio Analyzer OLAP cube.

Possible Cause : The cube has not yet been built, or it is currently being
generated, or you do not have permission to access the cube.

Could anyone tell me a way to correct this issue. I am the administrator
for Project server and the cube has been built as listed in the Manage
Enterprise Features, so I am at a loss for answers.

Thanks for the information Hugues. It has me facing in the right direction
now. It does look like it will be that big of an issue to get done.
