Unable to access the Portfolio Analyzer

I'm trying to connect to the Portfolio Analyzer from Microsoft Project Web
Access, and this message appears:
"Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Analyzer Olap Tool.
The cube may not exist or you may not have permissions to access the cube"

Any idea ?
(The cube was created fine.)
