Unable to Activate Office Professional 2003

I lost my hard drive. The supplier installed a new drive and MS Office.
After a month all my Excel and Word documents were locked. I originally
thought this was due to a virus. I installed MS Office Pro and the problem
went away. Now the problem has reappeared and it appears to be due to an
Activation problem. I uninstalled MS Office Pro and tried installing the
software again with a different product key (I am a Microsoft Partner) but
the problem persists. When I install the software, I do not get the
Activation Wizard and if I select Activate Product from the Help menu nothing
happens. I suspect a Registry problem. Help.
