Unable to add Internet e-mail

Outlook 2000 (CW)

When adding a new profile OR trying to add internet e-mail to a current
profile I can add the Internet E-mail service but I cannot view/add the
SMTP, POP3 properties, etc.

When I press the Properties button, nothing happens. Any help here?

Have you tried Detect and Repair?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
