Unable to add mailbox

Hi,

I have created and new mailbox which severeal users need to monitor. I
normally add this to the users list by using the add mailbox facility on the
users pc. This time, I am unable to expand the mailbox. I get the message
'Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Office Outlook could not access the
specified folder location'. I would normally expect to see the inbox, deleted
folder, ect.

Anyone any ideas?

Make sure you've set the correct permissions on the mailbox and/or folders.
