I'm new to this so I apologize if my describing my problem is not clear...
I have a DAP containing a group level below the main section and which is
related with a foreign key to the recordsource in the main section. If
related records already exist in the group level (I added them directly
throughthe table) the section is visible in my page and I can edit, add,
delete, etc. within the group level. But when I select to create a new record
in the main section, the group level is not even visible and so I cannot add
new related or group level records.
I've been through my books, the help, the internet, Microsoft, etc. and
haven't found anything to help me understand how I can design my page so that
when I add a new record in the main section, the appropriate group level is
available to add a new record. I understand that somehow the relationship
between the tables is only returning the group level records that match on
the join. This makes sense but in this situation it's not what I want.
Any help is appreciated! Thanks
