I assume that you are asking how to adjust an enterprise calendar, such as
the Standard calendar found in the Enterprise Global. To adjust it, do the
following:
1. Open Microsoft Project and log into Project Server using an account that
has Administrator permissions
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Global
3. Click Tools - Change Working Time
In the Change Working Time dialog box, you can either adjust the Standard
calendar or you can create a new one. To create a new calendar, do the
following:
1. Click the New button
2. Give your calendar an original name
3. Click the OK button
To place holidays on your calendar, select the appropriate day and then
select the "Non-working time" option in the upper right corner. To change
schedule of work on the entire calendar (such as a setting a normal working
schedule of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM with a half-hour for lunch), select the
column header at the top of the Monday through Friday columns, then enter
the correct working times in the From: and To: boxes. When you are
finished, click OK then save and close the Enterprise Global. Finally,
close Microsoft Project and then reopen the software to get the latest
changes to the calendar.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if this is what you wanted to know.
