unable to change password

I have distributed workgroups using Outlook97 on 2000Pro
systems who are unable to change their Outlook password on
an NT4 domain. They can submit the request via the "Change
Password" box, but it is not being accepted.

I found a registry hack on KBArticle 236111, but it had no
effect.

Any ideas? Thanks,
