We have a project on the server that we wish to delete.
We try to do this through Web Access -> Admin -> Cleanup
Microsoft project server database -> Projects and To-do
list -> Delete. But we get an error message saying that
the project can not be deleted because it is 'Checked out'.
So we try to check it back in by going through Web Access -
show up in the table.
I suspect that the the problem is in the user name used
when the project was checked out. After checking it out
we had changed some user names, includeing this one, so
the user name used to check out the project does not
exsist.
How do I get around this 'Checked out' error so that I can
delete the project?
Thanks,
Ron
