unable to click on scroll bar or inside message

Not sure what I've done or my young son has done, but I now cannot click on a
scroll bar in a mail message to scroll down or click on body of email. Also
when in Outlook contacts unable to click to a particular field in a new
contact to enter info, I have to tab down. Mouse works to close messages,
open etc Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Version of Outlook? Did you try rebooting?
